How to delete your account
You can request deletion of your Renvanro account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways:
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
- By email: send a request from your account email address to support@renvanro.com. We verify ownership before deleting.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified request we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Account profile (name, email, sign-in identifiers).
- Business workspace data you created (appointments, services, schedules, checkout/POS records, and reports).
- Client (customer) records you stored in your workspace.
- Diagnostic and device identifiers linked to your account.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, invoicing and tax records) or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such records are kept only for the legally required period and are then deleted or anonymized.
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our regular rotation, typically within 90 days.
